Bo Bice is the stage name of American-born musician Harold Elwin Bice, Jr. His most notable performance came in the final round of American Idol’s Season 4 against Carrie Underwood. He recorded a number of CDs both before and after his triumph on American Idol.

He was born on November 1st, 1975 in Huntsville, Alabama. When Bo Bice was a little child, his parents, Harold Elwin and Nancy Brice, divorced. In addition to his biological siblings, Bice also had a large number of step-siblings and brothers when his parents divorced and he continued to live with his mother. In 1990, Bo’s family moved to London. He went to London Central High School, where he excelled in football and guitar playing. He formed Spinning Jenny while still a student, which was his first band. Bo Bice relocated from London to Alabama, where he attended Calhoun Community College to complete his education.

Career

In 1995, Bo Bice and his band Purge released a CD under the name. He played all across the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Europe, and he was fairly well-liked in the nightclub world.

He contributed to Carlos Santana’s album All That I Am as well.

In 2006, he started a new tour. But he had a number of medical problems. In the end, RCA ended its agreement with Bice. Later, Bice founded his own record label, Sugar Money/Stuart. He released his CD See the Light in 2007.  took part in the American Chopper: The Series and the It Was Forty Years Ago Today tour.
