With a 15-9-5 record, a 2.43 goals against average (GAA), a.919 save percentage, and four shutouts in 29 games for the Grand Rapids Griffins in the 2016–17 season, Pasquale helped Grand Rapids win the Calder Cup.
In July 3, 2015, Pasquale, a free agent who was previously a member of the Montreal Canadiens, agreed to a one-year, two-way contract with the St. John’s IceCaps. On October 13, he would be assigned to the Canadiens’ ECHL affiliate, the Brampton Beast.
