Steve Simon Statement On Peng Shuai Case

Steve Simon said that he is very concerned about the mysterious disappearance of the Chinese star Peng.

Peng is one of the most prominent tennis players from China. In the first week of November, she accused former Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli of sexual assault against her. Following this, the United Nations began to put pressure on China for the case investigation of Peng Shuai.

However, she hasn’t appeared publicly from the day she alleged sexual assault against Zhang Gaoli. Furthermore, all the allegations she made on her social media went blank, and so did she.

Seeing all the chaos, Simon stepped forward to speak for Peng, where he asked the safety and freedom for Peng. In addition, he approaches the transparent and accountable investigation to clarify the incident to the Chinese government.
